Conditions for returning the ordered products
The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties but with the invocation of a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
In conclusion, the customers of www.naturalplus.ro can return the purchased products, in the original packaging, intact, under the written commitment that they did not intervene in any way on the returned product, within 14 calendar days of receipt, without penalties but with the invocation for a reason. The return of the products will be made at the customer's expense, using the same transport service with which the shipment was made.
At the customer's choice, SC NATURAL PLUS SRL can replace the returned products with other products of the same value, chosen by the customer, within 14 calendar days or can return the amount on the same card used for trading, within a maximum of 30 days from accepting the return.
Replaced products do not include shipping costs, which will be borne by the buyer.
